DDRC's Employment Services team is made up of dedicated professionals who want to help job seekers explore their interests and skills, and find the right job match! Many of the employees we support have worked in their jobs for over 10 years due to the individualized approach we take to job development. Employees and employers are our customers, and we take pride in finding the right job match for each person and business. We provide a variety of services, including: career exploration, job development, initial on-the-job training, travel training and ongoing follow-along supports. We also assist with resume development and interview preparation.
