Meghan Horihan
Meghan Horihan serves as DDRC’s Director of Residential Services, ensuring adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities have every opportunity to live self-directed lives. She joined DDRC in 2025 with more than 12 years of experience in the field.
Meghan has overseen residential services, day programs, behavioral supports, and employment initiatives. She is a Certified Work Incentive Practitioner and holds a Sociology degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Her work is guided by a commitment to inclusion, collaboration, and helping people thrive in their communities.
Before joining DDRC, Meghan held leadership roles within provider organizations, focusing on strengthening residential services and advancing advocacy. Her leadership emphasizes teamwork, positivity, and empowerment. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, catching live music, and thrifting.
