Lambert Hubel

Director, Information Technology

Lambert Hubel has been serving as the Director of Information Technology at the Developmental Disabilities Resource Center (DDRC) since March 2024. Lambert is a Colorado native and brings over 25 years of IT experience in the nonprofit sector, having worked across many areas of the IT field, he brings deep expertise not only in managing operations and evaluating system performance but also in hands-on roles such as building networks, providing technical support, and implementing cost-effective, scalable solutions.

Before joining DDRC, Lambert spent more than 20 years in the Olympic movement, working with USA Swimming and the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA). He holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management, both from Regis University.

Lambert values a strong workplace culture and seeks out opportunities to be part of something bigger than himself and working for organizations that make a meaningful difference in the community and positively impact the lives of others. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
