Jane Byron, SPHR

Jane has served as the Director of Human Resources for DDRC since 1999. She has dedicated her career to supporting persons with Developmental Disabilities since 1984 when she worked in a residential program in Michigan. Jane has worked with DDRC since 1986 and served in several positions prior to becoming HR Director including Residential Counselor, House Manager, Program Manager and Human Resources Manager.

She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the Colorado Human Resources Association (CHRA). Jane has been certified by the National Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2001. She earned the Advanced Certificate in Employment Law from the Institute for Applied Management and Law in 2009 and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver.
