Provider Support Program

Our Provider Support Program offers funding to organizations and providers dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or delays (IDD) who live in Jefferson County. Unmet Needs Program

The Jefferson County Unmet Needs Program provides critical support to individuals with developmental delays (DD) or intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) who live at home with their families. By addressing costs that aren’t covered by other funding sources, such as Medicaid or FSSP, this program ensures individuals can remain in nurturing family environments while meeting their unique needs.
