25th Hour Fund

Developmental Disabilities Resource Center and its foundation, the Developmental Disabilities Foundation (DDF), created the 25th Hour Fund to help people or families served by DDRC.

Traditional funding does not provide all the services that people need and it cannot resolve many emergencies. For emergencies that can be resolved with a single financial boost, people may be able to turn to the 25th Hour Fund to help them get back on their feet.

So what are some of these emergency and unmet needs?

  • Rent
  • Utility bills
  • Repairs like a broken window, furnace, car, etc.
  • Alternative Therapies such as art, music, or horse therapies

The 25th Hour Fund provides one-time support for an individual or family. All of the resources come from donations. Families and individuals may pay back the loan they receive from the 25th Hour in order to be eligible for future help.

For questions on 25th Hour and how your family may obtain assistance, please contact your DDRC Resource Coordinator.
