Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
Everyone deserves a home where they feel safe, supported, and valued. DDRC helps adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) find the right living arrangement for their needs—whether that’s living independently, with family, in a host home or in a group setting. We focus on providing the right balance of support and independence, so every person can feel at home and build the life they deserve.

Host Homes
Host homes provide a welcoming environment where individuals live with a dedicated provider who offers daily care and encouragement. This setup fosters independence while ensuring personalized support for each person’s unique needs. It’s a place where meaningful relationships grow, and individuals can feel truly at home.
Family Caregiver
Caring for a loved one is deeply personal, and we believe families should have the resources to do it well. Our Family Caregiver Program provides training and financial support for eligible family members who want to take on a caregiving role. This allows individuals to receive care in a familiar setting while strengthening their family bonds.
Independent Living
For those ready to take the next step toward independence, our supported living program offers a balance of freedom and assistance. Residents live in their own apartments while receiving guidance on daily tasks, personal growth, and community involvement. With the right support, individuals can gain confidence and lead fulfilling lives.
Group Homes
Our group homes provide a safe, stable environment where adults with IDD can live with peers while receiving the support they need. Each home is designed to encourage personal growth while fostering friendships and connection. Trained staff members will also be on-site to make sure residents feel empowered, respected, and comfortable in their daily lives.
Day Programs
A fulfilling life includes engaging activities, social connections, and opportunities for learning. Our day programs offer a mix of community outings, skill-building exercises, and recreational experiences tailored to individual interests. These programs provide structure, enrichment, and a strong sense of belonging.
Employment
Finding the right job can be life-changing, and everyone deserves the chance to contribute in a way that feels meaningful. We connect adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to jobs that align with their abilities and interests, providing guidance at every step. From building skills to navigating workplace expectations, our team is there to offer ongoing support and encouragement.
