Supported Living Services and Children’s Extensive Support Services

Overview

Our Supported Living Services (SLS) and Children’s Extensive Support (CES) programs are here to help children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build skills, connect with their communities, and get the support they need to thrive. Our caring team of direct support professionals and family caregivers assist with daily activities, social engagement, self-advocacy, and more. Support happens at home and in the community, creating opportunities for independence and growth in everyday life. We also offer private pay options for families looking for additional services. No matter your needs, we’re here to help every step of the way.

How to Get Started

Getting started with supported living services or children’s extensive support services is as simple as reaching out to DDRC’s intake team. We’ll walk you through the process, help determine eligibility and answer any questions along the way. Once approved, you can choose a caregiver from our trained professionals or a trusted person in your life. From there, we’ll create a personalized service plan that fits your goals and daily routine. Support can include personal care, meal prep, budgeting, social development, and even transportation training. We’re here to make the process easy so you can focus on what really matters—caring for your loved one.
