Early Intervention (EI) Service Coordination
DDRC EI Service Coordination provides comprehensive and coordinated EI case management support for infants and toddlers up to 3 years of age. Each child is assigned a dedicated EI Service Coordinator who works closely with families to ensure their child receives the appropriate support and services needed. Service Coordinators play a critical role in developing an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), connecting families to therapy providers, and ensuring that services are tailored to meet each child’s unique developmental needs. In addition to therapy coordination, EI Service Coordinators provide ongoing support, advocacy, and access to essential community resources. DDRC is committed to empowering families through education, guidance, and personalized support, helping every child thrive in their natural environments.
How to Get Started
Beginning the EI Service Coordination process with DDRC is simple. Families can contact DDRC to connect with an intake specialist, who will guide them through the initial steps of gathering demographic and developmental information. Once eligibility is determined, an EI Service Coordinator is assigned to work closely with the family. The Service Coordinator will then develop an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) that outlines the necessary therapies, services, and developmental goals for the child. This plan is designed to be flexible, evolving as the child’s needs change. Throughout the process, DDRC ensures that families receive ongoing guidance, access to resources, and a strong support system to help their child reach their full potential.
