What We Offer
Community Gardening
Get your hands in the dirt and watch something grow! Our community garden is a great place to learn about planting, caring for, and harvesting fresh produce while working alongside friends. Gardening builds teamwork, patience, and a connection to nature.
Cooking Classes
Whether its flipping banana pancakes or chopping veggies, our cooking classes help build confidence in the kitchen. Participants learn how to prepare simple, healthy meals, practice kitchen safety, and explore new flavors—all in a fun and supportive setting.
Exercise Programs
Our exercise programs offer a mix of structured activities to build strength, coordination, and confidence. From stretching and light workouts to group activities like dance and yoga, there’s something for everyone, no matter their ability level.
Science & Technology Lab
Our hands-on science and technology activities spark curiosity through simple experiments, interactive projects, and creative problem-solving. Whether building something new or watching science in action, there’s always something exciting to learn.
Sensory-Based Activities
Everyone experiences the world in their own way. Our sensory activities create a calming and engaging environment, whether through music, textures, lights, or movement. These experiences help participants relax, focus, and feel more connected to their surroundings.
Educational Presentations
Guest speakers and community groups share valuable information on a variety of topics, from health and wellness to self-advocacy and local resources. These sessions provide opportunities to ask questions, meet new people, and gain useful knowledge.
Social & Developmental Activities
Making friends, learning new skills, and participating in group activities all help build confidence and independence. Whether through games, creative projects, or structured social interactions, participants connect with others in a welcoming and supportive space.
