Theresa Vosberg

Theresa Vosberg brings over 19 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across a broad range of settings, including ABA clinics, day programs, supported employment, and residential services. Originally from Iowa, she earned her bachelor's degree in biology from Simpson College and relocated to Colorado in 2012.

Throughout her career, Theresa has spent over a decade in leadership roles, managing teams and guiding services that prioritize person-centered supports. She is passionate about problem solving and developing creative, practical solutions that make a meaningful difference in the lives of those served. As the Director of Excellence at DDRC, she draws on her diverse experience to create and refine policies and procedures that enhance service delivery and organizational impact.

In addition to her operational focus, Theresa enjoys coaching and empowering others to develop their own leadership and management styles, helping them grow professionally while strengthening the broader organization.

Outside of work, Theresa can often be found hiking, kayaking, traveling, or spending time with her miniature Australian Shepherd, Mumford.
