Kerrianne Rigney
Kerrianne brings over 16 years of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, working in a variety of settings including residential, case management and day program. She received her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Human Development and Family Studies.
Since joining DDRC in 2016, Kerrianne has held a variety of roles that have deepened her understanding of the diverse needs of the I/DD community. In 2018, Kerrianne moved into Day Program Services, where she now serves as Director. In this role, she oversees the development and implementation of innovative day programming that supports personal growth, skill-building, and community inclusion for adults with I/DD.
Kerrianne is passionate about creating opportunities for individuals to thrive in ways that honor their strengths, choices, and goals. Her leadership is grounded in a commitment to dignity, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all aspects of service delivery.
Kerrianne is a Colorado native and grew up in the Winter Park area. In her free time, you can find her spending time with her children, baking or being crafty.
